Like Uber.. Just for Kids Parties.
1) You place the booking for a Book a Kids Magician. (A hold is placed on your card for the full party amount).
2) We send the booking notification to all available entertainers.
3) Your booking is confirmed and hold placed on your card (which we debit directly after your party). If your event is not confirmed by an available entertainer, it gets placed in an unassigned booking folder where one of our admins will review it and see if we can manually assign someone or if you can change the time or service slightly. It can take from 10 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours (Work hours - if your booking is made in the evening it might take up to 12 hours to find an available entertainer). But on average new bookings are confirmed in around 45 minutes. See full article ⇒
We require a Credit Card with the full party amount available when booking. At checkout we block off the full amount on your bank card. After a Book a Kids Magician confirms they are taking your event we debit your card for the full amount to reserve your date, time and entertainer. See full article ⇒
When booking on the Yombu website we provide you with a customer account from which you can reschedule or cancel your booking with us. For cancelations made less than 6 days before the party, we charge a booking fee of $75. The majority of which we pay to the entertainer who blocked off their time for your party. See full article ⇒
We don't provide the entertainers contact numbers. But you can chat with them directly from your account that is created when you place your booking. You will also automatically be notified when they are traveling to your event and you can see how far away from your location they are in your Yombu account. See full article ⇒
