How long does set up usually take?
Initial setup depends heavily on the number of pages that need to be digitized as well as the content on each page. Once your forms have been submitted, our team will give you an estimated time of completion. For typical waiver, once Yombu is activated within Mindbody, the initial setup will be back to you within 3 -5 business days.
Will our price change if we have more submissions?
Our pricing stays constant per location regardless of the number of submissions you have. With Yombu, there is no need to worry about price slowly creeping up over time or including hidden costs. For example, our Mindbody rates include the per location charge, so you are able to see the final price upfront.
What happens if I need changes to my documents?
Simple updates are typically made within hours. More complex changes or new documents / large changes in configurations can take more time, but our team works hard to turn everything around quickly.
