By using the platform, users agree to comply with all rules and regulations stated in our terms of service, including but not limited to, rules regarding the hiring of entertainers, payment processes, and user conduct. Yombu reserves the right to modify the terms at any time and users are responsible for regularly reviewing our updated terms.

User Guidelines
The use of our online marketplace is intended for individuals seeking to hire entertainers for children's parties. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services.
All users are responsible for ensuring that any information, images or contact details that they provide on our site are accurate and up-to-date.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activity while using our marketplace.
Our Right to Terminate Abusive Accounts
We reserve the right to terminate any account that is found to be in violation of our user guidelines or engaging in abusive or fraudulent activity.
We also reserve the right to terminate any account that is inactive for longer than 6 months.
How Users Can Terminate Accounts
All users of the Yombu marketplace can manually delete their account by navigating to their account settings page and selecting the close my account option.
All users can also request that an admin terminates their account by contacting us at the email provided in the Contact Information section below.
Warranty Disclaimer
- We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the use of our online marketplace or the services provided by entertainers, suppliers or companies listed on the Yombu marketplace.
Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our online marketplace or the services provided by entertainers listed on the site.
Governing Law and Legal Disputes
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms of service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
