Welcome to the Yombu Online Shop. We appreciate your business and hope you are delighted with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below, which applies to all digital invites and party products sold on our website.

Digital Invites

Given the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds for digital invites once the order is confirmed and the product downloaded. Since digital items cannot be physically returned, it's impossible for us to verify whether they have been distributed or not.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. Therefore, we handle refund requests for digital invites on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter an issue with your digital invite, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase with a detailed explanation of your concern. If we find that there was an error on our part or a problem with the file that cannot be fixed, we may offer a refund or store credit for use on future purchases at our discretion.

Other Party Products

For other non-digital party products, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  1. Contact Us First: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange process.

  2. Condition of Product: The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

  3. Proof of Purchase: You'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
