Brainy Actz Escape Rooms

Nothing gets the juices flowing like having to try and escape a locked room. Rooms accommodate up to 10 people and you can choose a package with one or two rooms, birthday decor, cake, food and drinks and even a personal birthday message on their TVs in the lobby. They also have axe throwing, a splatter paint room, target shooting, a slime lab and more.

The New Children’s Museum

Stimulate their creativity and critical thinking with this art-based children’s museum in San Diego. There are indoor and outdoor areas, with slides, swings, bounce houses, climbing sculptures, art zones and a theater. Also a nice bonus for adults is the Starbucks for a bit of a caffeine boost. Book a party room and get museum admission for your entire party, a museum gift for the child and a free pass for a later visit. You can bring your own food and drinks or order from their café.

Deck 655

This cool private party deck, with air hockey and other arcade games, and a café style aesthetic is perfect for a slightly more exclusive feel to your special day. Deck 655’s coordination team will take care of all the details so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. There is also a great outdoor deck for a breath of fresh air and a good view. They will recommend a list of caterers so that you don’t have to spend hours searching.

There are a lot of options in San Diego for party entertainment and I have checked out many but I have not come across these spots! They sound perfect! I am still in the early stages of planning a party for December but I will be in touch with these party venues in the coming weeks. Indoor parties are the new thing now and I am all for it considering how unpredictable the rain and weather can be.
