The Million Dollar Kids Party Company

Disclaimer: A short disclaimer before we begin laying down the foundations of your World-changing enterprise, this guide on how to start a Kid's Party company and grow it outlines only the basics. It was created as more of a guide than a rulebook.
Over the last 10 years as a co-founder of a Kid's Party Entertainment company named Bazinga Parties that has successfully grown into a Medium sized enterprise, operating planning, and running 3500 events in 12 Cities in Europe, South Africa, and the US. I have seen and worked with a lot of different people in a variety of Countries and even languages, but the one consistent factor I have found everywhere is that parents want to do something special for their Child’s Birthday, and Children around the World love kids party entertainment in all its varieties and styles.
Our industry may not have weekly repeat revenue, corporates looking to “roll up” companies in the industry, network effects, or economies of scale. But we get to be a part of the best day of a Child's life making memories and spreading happiness, and that to me makes this industry something special.
Most of the successful Kids Party Entertainment companies that I spoke with when writing these posts had similar stories to ours, they started in the industry as entertainers initially working for friends and family, over time other agencies and party companies contacted them and their workload increased to the point that they had to start outsourcing or start hiring and training staff to work for them if they wanted to grow larger then a solo act, and in this way, most party companies are formed, generally by necessity or in some cases by a happy accident.
