Like Uber.. Just for Kids Parties.
1) You make an inquiry to hire a kids party entertainer online. (We require a debit or credit card to prevent spam bookings - but won't debit it till after the party).
2) We send the booking notification to all available entertainers in-app.
3) Once an entertainer accepts the booking.. You either do nothing to accept (And we debit your card after the event) or you can cancel the booking anytime from your account or by contacting us.
If your event is not confirmed by an available entertainer, it gets placed in an unassigned booking folder where one of our admins will review it and see if we can manually assign someone or if you can change the time or service slightly. See full article ⇒
It can take from 10 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours (Work hours - if your booking is made in the evening it might take up to 12 hours to find an available entertainer). But on average new bookings are confirmed in around 45 minutes. See full article ⇒
We require a Credit or Debit card when making an inquiry with us (to prevent spam bookings). After an entertainer confirms they are taking your event we notify you of the match and you can either do nothing to accept. Or you can cancel the event anytime (Up to 7 days prior to the start time) at no cost. We only debit your card after you have received the service. See full article ⇒
When booking on the Yombu website we provide you with a customer account from which you can reschedule or cancel your booking with us. For cancelations made less than 6 days before the party, we charge a booking fee of $75. The majority of which we pay to the entertainer who blocked off their time for your party. See full article ⇒
We don't provide the entertainers contact numbers. But you can chat with them directly from your account that is created when you place your inquiry. You will also automatically be notified when they are traveling to your event and you can see how far away from your location they are in your Yombu account. See full article ⇒
