Yes! We serve all five boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island — plus parts of Long Island and Westchester. Travel fees only apply if your event is more than 20 miles from Midtown. We’ll confirm that when you reserve.

NYC traffic and parking can be tricky, so our entertainers plan extra travel time and arrive early to find legal parking. If your building or venue has special entry instructions (freight elevator, check-in desk, security), just mention it in your notes so we can arrive stress-free and ready to set up.

No worries — weather happens! You can reschedule or switch to an indoor location free of charge up to 48 hours before the party. For outdoor parks like Prospect Park or Central Park, we recommend having a sheltered backup such as a community room or your apartment building’s common area.

Yes, a few NYC-specific ones: Some parks require a special-event permit for groups over 20 people. Helium balloons and confetti are banned in certain indoor venues. A few private play spaces don’t allow face paint. We can help you check the rules and even supply insurance certificates (COIs) if your venue needs them.

New York kids party entertainers on Yombu start at $160 an hour, for balloon art. Other live starting prices: face painting from $160 an hour, magic shows from $265 per show and party characters from $275 an hour. Your total depends on the entertainer, how long you book and any add-ons, and you always see the exact price before you pay.
